Service pricing is based on the size and condition of your balcony as represented at the time of booking. If there is a discrepancy in size, condition, or scope of work upon arrival, we reserve the right to adjust pricing or decline the service.

The service includes general cleaning of:

• Balcony windows & frames

• Railings (interior + Exterior)

• Balcony walls

• Floors

We guarantee to remove 90%-100% of the dust and grime!

Please note that if there are pre-existing stains, wear, or damage to the balcony surfaces, our deep cleaning service is designed to clean and improve the appearance of the space, but cannot repair or restore existing damage. Unfortunately, we don't provide restoration services but can recommend a few restoration companies.

About the service:

• Usually takes between 1-3 hours to deep clean <150 sq ft spaces.

• Clients provide access to a tap water source (bathtub, shower or sink is preferred, in that order).

• Throughout the service, the dirty water is disposed in the client’s toilet.

• Clients are encouraged to clear all surfaces intended for cleaning to avoid any surcharges for obstacle removal. we are not liable for damages if we need to clear the space of furniture and items.

• We proudly stand behind our work. Clients have up to 48 hours after service completion to request a complimentary follow-up for any areas that may have been missed. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Gift Certificates:

• We offer 20% off for two secured cleans a year. The 20% discount for the two-cleans-per-year package cannot be combined with any other promotions or discount codes. In cases where multiple offers apply, the highest available discount will be applied.

Refund Policy:

• All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, minus the non-refundable credit card processing fees incurred for the transactions.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation fee of $50 of the service total will be applied for cancellations within 48-96 hours of the service time.

• Cancellation fee of 50% of the service total will be applied for cancellations within 24-48 hours of the service time.

• Cancellation fee of 100% of the service total will be applied for cancellations within 24 hours of the service time.

Important: Any request to reschedule an appointment is treated as a cancellation and is subject to the cancellation fees listed above. If BalcoScrub is unable to perform the scheduled service due to circumstances outside of our control, including failure to provide access to the unit, building, or balcony, the presence of locked doors or inaccessible areas, or any other condition that prevents the service from being completed as scheduled, the appointment will be considered a cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
