Service pricing should reflect the condition and size of your balcony, if there is a variance, at the beginning of the appointment we may choose not to provide the service.

The service includes general cleaning of:

• Balcony windows & frames

• Railings (interior + Exterior)

• Balcony walls

• Floors

We guarantee to remove 90%-100% of the dust and grime!

Please note that if there are pre-existing stains and damage to the balcony surfaces, the deep clean service will only clean the surfaces but not repair them, that would require restoration services which we don’t provide.

About the service:

• Usually takes between 1-3 hours to deep clean <150 sq ft spaces.

• Clients provide access to a tap water source (bathtub, shower or sink is prefered, in that order).

• Throughout the service, the dirty water is disposed in the client’s toilet.

• Clients are encouraged to clear all surfaces intended for cleaning to avoid any surcharges for obstacle removal. we are not liable for damages if we need to clear the space of furniture and items.

• We proudly stand behind our work. Clients have up to 48 hours after service completion to request a complimentary follow-up for any areas that may have been missed. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Refund Policy:

• All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, minus the non-refundable credit card processing fees incurred for the initial transaction.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation fee of $50 of the service total will be applied for cancellations within 48-96 hours of the service time.

• Cancellation fee of 50% of the service total will be applied for cancellations within 24-48 hours of the service time.

• Cancellation fee of 100% of the service total will be applied for cancellations within 24 hours of the service time.
