Service pricing should reflect the condition and size of your balcony, if there is a variance, at the beguining of the appointment we may choose not to provide the service.

The service includes general cleaning of: balcony windows, window frames, railings and floors to remove accumulated dust + grime. We guarantee to remove 90%-100% of the dust and grime.

About the service:

-Usually takes between 1-3 hours to complete.

-Clients provide access to a tap water source.

-Throughout the service, the dirty water is disposed in the client’s toilet.

-Clients are encouraged to clear all surfaces intended for cleaning to avoid any surcharges for obstacle removal, we are not liable for damages if we need to clear the space of furniture and items.
