What does the Deep Cleaning Service Include?

The clean is all inclusive! That means we clean the floor, walls, balcony doors (Interior + exterior), door tracks, railings, railing glass (Interior + exterior). Basically every surface of the balcony. Service is estimated to take 2-3 hours.

Do I need to remove things from my balcony?

Yes please, specially if the items are not to be cleaned by our crew, we do not want to be liable for any damages occurred during the moving so please do it before the crew gets there. We can move them but we will charge a moving fee for the risk.

What does the crew need from the client?

A clear path from the entrance of the unit to the balcony and another path from the balcony to a bathroom. The bathroom access grants water access for the pressure washer and access to dispose of dirty water.

The crew will be arriving with a cart with equipment so the space near the balcony doors also needs to be cleared.

Do I need to be home during the service?

That’s entirely up to you! The crew just needs access to enter the unit. Some clients choose to let the crew in and then they leave for 3 hours and return when the service is completed.

How and when do I pay for the service?

There is a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee paid via credit card if changes are made within 4 days of the appointment. Clients can prepay or pay for the service upon completion via an e-transfer, cash payment or credit card.
