Service pricing should reflect the condition and size of your balcony, if there is a variance, at the beginning of the appointment we may choose not to provide the service.

We guarantee to remove 90%-100% of the dust and grime!
About the service:
Usually takes between 1-3 hours to complete.
Clients provide access to a tap water source.
Throughout the service, the dirty water is disposed in the client’s toilet.
Clients are encouraged to clear all surfaces intended for cleaning to avoid any surcharges for obstacle removal. we are not liable for damages if we need to clear the space of furniture and items.

Hi, I’m William Siu, founder of BalcoScrub. Like many condo owners, I once struggled with balcony maintenance—dealing with dirt, dust, pigeon droppings, and grime that accumulated over two years. One day, I decided enough was enough and tackled the problem myself. Little did I know, I would actually enjoy the process!
That’s when I founded BalcoScrub, a professional balcony cleaning service in based in Richmond, BC dedicated to helping people reclaim their outdoor space. Now, we help homeowners, realtors, and strata councils keep their outdoor spaces clean, safe, and enjoyable.

The clean is all inclusive! That means we clean the floor, walls, balcony doors (Interior + exterior), door tracks, railings, railing glass (Interior + exterior). Basically every surface of the balcony. Service is estimated to take 2-3 hours.

This service is a quick 30-60 minute pressure wash of the balcony space without retaining the water. This is for clients that are comfortable with water falling off the building.

Yes please, specially if the items are not to be cleaned by our crew, we do not want to be liable for any damages occurred during the moving so please do it before the crew gets there. We can move them but we will charge a moving fee for the risk.

A clear path from the entrance of the unit to the balcony and another path from the balcony to a bathroom. The bathroom access grants water access for the pressure washer and access to dispose of dirty water.
The crew will be arriving with a cart with equipment so the space near the balcony doors also needs to be cleared.

That’s entirely up to you! The crew just needs access to enter the unit. Some clients choose to let the crew in and then they leave for 3 hours and return when the service is completed.

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure the cleaning date. Clients can prepay or pay upon completion of the service via an e-transfer or cash payment.
